I am Anne Myers, and being a mediator isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion. I’m dedicated to helping individuals resolve conflict in healthy, productive ways. With more than 20 years of experience as a communications professional and formal training as a mediator, I facilitate constructive conversations around complex and emotionally charged issues. My approach focuses on reducing harm, fostering understanding, and creating a positive path forward. For those navigating the legal system, mediation offers a powerful opportunity to resolve disputes collaboratively, while giving all parties greater control over the outcome.

Bio:

  • Graduate of  Syracuse University with a dual degree in Communications and Political Science

  • Trained West Virginia Mediator

  • More than 10 years of experience working within the judicial system

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form and I will schedule a call to walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • In order to promote productive and healthy dialogue, mediation is a confidential process. In the case of court ordered mediation, the only thing reported to the court is if both parties participated in good faith, if an agreement was reached, and if so, what that agreement entailed.

    The only thing the mediator will report is if there is evidence of potential child abuse.

  • Whenever possible I conduct mediation sessions in person, but I do offer virtual mediation sessions through zoom if it benefits the needs of the clients.

  • As your mediator, it is my responsibility to serve as a neutral third party. I aim to create a space that allows for productive conversation between all parties involved where issues can be discussed openly and honestly to find the best possible resolution.
