Design and facilitate workshops on “Constructive Conversations” as well as doing couples mediation and pro-bono court mediation.

 

May 2004- Present Northampton Court Mediation Alternate Supervisor

Substitute supervisor for Northampton Small Claims Court mediation program. Explained mediation to prospective clients, supervised mediators and mediator-trainees, and in charge of paperwork review and delivery to court and mediation collaborative.

 

Jan 1984- 2003  Medical Programming Consultant 

Wrote customized medical software for laboratories, hospitals and schools with staff of four.

 

Jan 1998- 1999 Web Shopping Cart

Designed and coded shopping cart system for online registration system.

Facilitated weekly workshop on Men and Emotional Support. Designed facilitator training and ran on-going groups for trainers. Ran workshops on Men’s Issues at Interface, and the New York Open Center. On the board of the National Organization of Changing Men; and an Editor of Changing Men Magazine.
